Prepare the products.
Julienne cut the cucumber.
Finely chop herbs and garlic.
Cheese grate on a fine grater.
Bell pepper, cut lengthwise into 2 halves. Remove seeds and partitions. (From each of the halves I cut off a thin slice of pepper and added to the salad).
Prepare the salad dressing. Pour in a Cup of mustard oil and lemon juice. Add the soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Add the garlic and herbs. Stir.
In a Cup put diced cucumber, green peas, cheese and bell pepper.
Add the prepared dressing.
Spread the salad in half bell pepper. Served.
