Tender and fluffy pancakes rich in fiber oat bran, served with cranberries and honey, healthy and vitamin.
Ingredients for Trubnye pancakes with honey and cranberries
- Serum - 300 ml
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Bran - 1 Cup.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Yeast - 5 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Cranberries - 1 Cup.
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Spices - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Trubnye pancakes with honey and cranberries
Sift the flour, mix with yeast "SAF-moment" and bran. Pour the warm whey.
Add sugar, salt and eggs well with a whisk to knead the dough. Pour in the oil and stir again.
Let rise until the volume increases at least two times.
Bake pancakes on a hot pan, picking up the delicate foam on top of the ladle, which should be put next to the bowl with the dough. The pan no need to grease, however, blurred the picture of pancakes it turns out interesting, and the taste brighter.
Ready pancakes to put in a pile, covered with a towel. Want to lubricate each pancake with melted butter.
Frozen cranberries heated in the microwave to release the juice. Warm berry mix with honey and spices to taste. I took mix for mulled wine, with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Serve pancakes hot with cranberries and fresh tea.
