Ingredients for Pumpkin pancakes with yeast
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Milk - 300 ml
- Yeast - 2 g
- Flour - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 15 ml
- Pumpkin - 230 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Pumpkin pancakes with yeast
Add eggs, salt, sugar and mix thoroughly.
Put sugar to taste. I love sweet pancakes and always add more.
Next add the milk, yeast and allow them to blossom. I recommend to use yeast "SAF-Moment" that give splendor and the wonderful taste of homemade cakes.
Then add the vegetable oil, flour and all mix well to avoid lumps.
The dough and remove for 40 minutes in a warm place.
The pumpkin to cook in any convenient way for You. I boiled and mashed it up with a fork. Cool.
