I suggest to try the pancakes with the addition of carrots, which gives a beautiful color to the pancakes, and a pleasant taste.
Ingredients for Carrot pancakes
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Milk - 360 ml
- Flour - 170 g
- Vegetable oil - 15 ml
- Carrots - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Carrot pancakes
Add eggs, salt, sugar and whisk to mix. Sugar is put to taste. I prefer sweet pancakes, so I added 3 tbsp.
Add 100 ml of milk, flour, vegetable oil and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Then pour the remaining milk.
Carrots grate on a fine grater. I have broken a blender for uniformity. Add the carrot mixture into batter and mix well.
