Step 1

To connect sugar with the softened butter.


Step 2

Beat with a mixer at maximum speed for 5 minutes, until the mixture turns into a homogeneous crumb-mass.

Add cottage cheese and whip with butter and sugar for 5 minutes.


Step 4

Then add one egg. Every time you beat a lot until smooth.

Sift the flour with the baking powder.


Step 6

Add to the dough.

Beat with a mixer until smooth. The batter should be fairly thick.

In a baking dish (I have silicone) spread 1/3 of the dough.

Sprinkle with poppy seeds (1.5 tbsp).

Then lay out 1/3 of the dough and again, sprinkle with poppy seeds (1.5 tbsp) on Top to distribute the remaining 1/3 of the dough. Bake the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 40-45 minutes. The willingness of cake to check with a toothpick or wooden skewer, it should go from the middle of the cupcake dry.


Step 11

Once the cake is ready, allow to cool. Then prepare chocolate glaze: in a dry mixture mixed with 3-4 tbsp hot water or milk. Mix thoroughly and pour glaze the cake.
