900 is my first recipe on the website. Traditionally thought to make something original, but nothing came to mind. And then... "All ingenious is simple." My husband and I were in an Italian coffee shop on the last occasion, he ordered a salad "Portofino", like, asked to play at home and to share with you that I would happily comply. Is easy, fast, available (in my opinion) products, and the taste is very juicy, fresh and delicious.

Vegetables wash, peel. Cut the cucumber and bell red pepper in thin strips and the red onion into thin half-rings.
Take pickled mushrooms, I make myself the recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/729 55/.
Cut the mushrooms slices, put the rest of the vegetables.
For the filling mix the olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
I prefer TM Kikkoman.
Dressed salad dressing, give a little brew (10 minutes).
On a plate put the washed and drained lettuce leaves, put on top of salad, sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers.
On top of the vegetables lay sliced strips of salted trout (I had the sockeye salmon own Ambassador), sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese. The salad is served when ready.
