Grated pie with a minimum amount of dough, fragrant Apple filling, and airy meringue. Incredibly tender and very tasty.

Mash the yolks with soft butter. Add flour and baking powder.
Knead the dough. Divide it into two unequal parts: the biggest (put into the fridge), and smaller (in the freezer).
Meanwhile, cook the filling. Peeled apples grate on a coarse grater, add sugar and simmer about 10-15 minutes until the liquid is evaporated. Add lemon zest and cool the filling.
Protein whisk until stiff peaks. Then gradually add sugar and beat for another few minutes.
Take the dough from the refrigerator and distribute in a baking dish with a thin layer, make a small bumpers. I have a form with a diameter of 24.5 cm.
Collect our cake. On the dough spread the Apple filling. Then take the dough out of the freezer and grate half on the toppings. Proteins and spread on top sprinkle with grated remaining part of the test.
Our pie bake approximately 35-40 minutes, 180 degrees. Then leave it in the oven with the door open still for 15 minutes. Served chilled.
