In a bowl, pour 75 g of warm milk, add yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp flour, all mix and leave for 15 minutes.

When the dough has doubled in volume, obtinem divided into 4 parts. The first part of the test roll with a diameter of about 23 cm and a thickness of 1 cm and brush with melted butter. The second part of the test the same way: roll out, grease with butter and put on top of the first. Similarly with the third and fourth.
It turns out a 4 layer cake with lots of butter. Cut 16 triangles.
Each of the triangles wrap a roll, starting from the wider part. The form (I, diameter 24.5 cm), lightly greased with oil and put the rolls. Leave for 20 minutes for proofing.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated to 200 degrees oven. 15-20 min. cover rolls with aluminum foil to not too flushed.
