I invite you to try delicious muffins-bran nodules that are perfect for Breakfast, will be able to complement lunch or dinner!
Ingredients for Buns "Nodules" bran
- Flour - 280 g
- Wholegrain wheat flour - 50 g
- Bran - 50 g
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Water - 250 ml
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 30 g
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Buns "Nodules" bran
In warm water dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar.
Let stand for 15-20 minutes before the appearance of yeast "beanie".
In a bowl, mix two kinds of flour and bran, add salt and 1 tsp sugar. Mix well.
To combine the yeast and flour, add vegetable oil. Knead smooth, dont stick to hands dough (for podpili it took me approximately 1 tbsp flour). Knead well the dough for 4-5 minutes.
Daubed "Kolobok" dough with vegetable oil, put in a bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours cover with a cloth.
The dough increased in volume.
Abenaim the dough, divide into 6 parts.
Roll out one portion into a long "sausage".
Make the knot.
The upper end of the factory under the bottom of the rolls, the lower set up to the center of the knot.
Put the rolls on a baking sheet and leave to rest for another 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the top of the buns with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Sent to be baked in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden color.
Take out the buns and let them cool.
