Minced chicken in this recipe turns out very tender and flavorful, and the crispy onions inside the rice crust on the outside make these little meatballs even tastier. They are so pretty that disappear like seeds! They are always little! And they are very convenient to eat with chopsticks! Than not idea for a romantic dinner :)

- Minced chicken - 600 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Figure - 300 g
- Starch - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken meatballs in rice crust
Mix the mince, egg, sauce, onion, salt, pepper.
Boil some rice, add the starch.
Of minced meat formed small balls of the size (of a walnut), dip them in the rice and fry on all sides in vegetable oil.
Ready meatballs can be put on a paper towel.
To serve the best meatballs with vegetables!
