Dutch lemon pancakes

Poffertjes - Dutch pancakes, a feature which is slightly more spherical shape, in contrast to our lush, but just a round of pancakes. Prepared very quickly with yeast, fried in a pan (on special, with indentations, and perfectly ordinary). The recipe that I found interesting by the presence of lemon juice in the dough, which gives Aladushkin yellow tint and the fact that when cooking requires a very small amount of sugar. There is a reason to get honey, jam, chocolate syrup and serve Dutch pancakes for Breakfast with something sweet!
Ingredients for Dutch lemon pancakes
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Yeast - 6 g
- Water - 3 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Yogurt - 80 ml
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Dutch lemon pancakes
Yeast and sugar are added to water and milk.
Then allowed to stand until the surface bubbles.
In a separate container whisk the egg with a pinch of salt, then add yogurt, flour and yeast mixture. In the end add lemon juice and vegetable oil, knead the dough completely.
Pan grease with a small amount of vegetable oil and bake pancakes, spreading 2 tablespoons of dough. When the surface bubbles appear, flip.
Out of this number ingredients I got exactly 14 stuff.
Serve pancakes hot and better with something sweet!
