Ingredients for Cupcake "Pear under a crispy crust"
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Flour - 210 g
- Leavening agent - 8 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla - 0.5 package.
- Pear - 2 PCs
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Oat flakes - 50 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Sugar - 30 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cupcake "Pear under a crispy crust"
While baked cake, prepare the oatmeal, streusel: in the bowl of a blender pour the cereal, sugar and cold butter. To break into crumbs. Put into the refrigerator.
