Soak gelatine in cold boiled water and leave to swell (about half an hour).
In a bowl put sour cream, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Put the bowl in a bowl of cold water and whisk until the weight increase by 2 times.
In a water bath to dissolve gelatin.
In cold coffee, add the gelatin and stir.
A thin stream of (a bowl with sour cream out of the cups of water) pour in the coffee mixture and whisk for a few minutes. Pour in kremanku and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
