Step by step instruction of cooking Roulade of chicken liver
Liver wash and roll in flour.
Onion cut into half rings.
In vegetable oil fry the liver and onions about 3-4 minutes. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and sour cream, simmer for 1 minute.
