Offered to taste a cake that has become one of the most beloved in our family. And we loved it for its unusual shape and original taste.

All products must be at room temperature.
After about 30 min the dough will increase in volume. Melt the butter in the microwave, allow to cool ( so as not to shock the yeast) and add to the dough. Bake pancakes on both sides in oiled pan.
These beauties turned out.
While crêpes are resting, proceed to the cream. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and whisk everything thoroughly. It is a white cream.
For the yellow cream of pumpkin cut into pieces, add 2 tbsp sugar, and simmer it on a low heat, covered, stirring occasionally and, if necessary, adding water.
Cooked pumpkin cools, whisk in a blender add curd, sugar and again whisk. Yellow cream is ready.
Proceed to the most interesting. The pancakes already have cooled, cut the edges and on the paper template cut out a fancy shape.
Grease the pancakes alternating creams.
For decoration use almond crumb and pumpkin seeds. Cake put in the fridge for 2 hours.
