Step-by-step instruction of cooking Salad "Musume"


Step 1

First prepare the salad dressing. Take the mayonnaise, preferably homemade.
Add wasabi and soy sauce. I prefer sweet, in this case from TM Kikkoman.


Step 2

Add mustard seeds, coriander, cumin, sesame, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, red hot pepper flakes.


Step 3

Stir.


Step 4

Take boiled potatoes and carrots, cut small cubes.
Also take salmon smoked (or salted), I have a sockeye salmon, also cut into cubes.
Small rings, cut white part of green onions.


Step 5

Add dressing, stir.


Step 6

You can serve salad in a common bowl, but is better to do a batch submission with a cooking ring. From top to decorate the salad with green onion.
Served when ready.
