Ingredients for Tart with ricotta and berries
- Butter - 110 g
- Flour - 225 g
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Ricotta - 340 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece

- Corn starch - 20 g
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Berry - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Tart with ricotta and berries
Prepare the form for the tart (34 x 11 cm), grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Preheat the oven to 180*C (350*F). I recommend you get a form with removable bottom, very convenient. If no such form is not a problem, can be done in the form of detachable.
