- Yogurt - 1 Cup.
- Butter - 100 g

- Water - 750 ml
- Meat - 180 g
- Onion - 130 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Water - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pies with peas and smoked
Prepare the products.
Peas washed. Put in a pot, add pure water. Cook until cooked. Salt. Cool.
In a Cup put the sugar and yeast. Add warm water (5 tbsp). subject to the appearance of foam, "beanie".
In a deep pour Cup of yogurt. Add melted butter and salt.
