- Yeast - 0.5 tsp.
- Apple - 1 piece
- Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
- Peanuts - 1 tsp.
- Cookies - 1 tsp.
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple-hazelnut yeast cake
Knead yeast dough (I kneaded in x/p), the dough should be moderately cool, zoomed in 2 times and does not stick to the surface;
Divide the dough into 2 parts, one part of velvety in the circle and put in a form with sides;
Sprinkle bottom with brown sugar, place Apple slices in 2 rows, sprinkle again with sugar and a mixture of cookies and peanuts;
A small length of the mesh place it in the middle of the filling;
All the remaining dough divided into 4 parts;
3 of them roll into long strands and weave their hair;
The roll of dough from pie to bend to the inside and brush with yolk, beaten with milk;
On a greased curved edges put the braid;
The last piece of dough roll out thinly and cut out figures for cake decorating molds or simply with a knife;
