I suggest You to try a new way of cooking, so beloved by many, chicken hearts. Hearts be tender, juicy, flavorful, with a light spicy with a slight kick.

Pepper and onion cut into half rings, finely chop the garlic.
Hearts peel and cut into 2-3 parts.
In skillet, heat oil and over high heat fry the hearts for a few minutes. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan over medium heat sauté onion and pepper about 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and ginger and fry for another minute.
Return the hearts to the pan and mix everything together. Fry a couple of minutes.
Now we need to make the sauce. To do this, in a small bowl, mix vinegar (if not the rice, can I use Apple cider), soy sauce, ground chili, sugar and starch. I use in this dish light soy sauce TM Ccomp.
Pour the sauce into the pan, cook for 3 more minutes.
