The fish for this recipe you can take any, but it is better cheap. Since even the cheapest fish cooked this recipe, it is exceptionally juicy, tender with a spicy crispy crust.

Fish wash, cut into pieces.
For the marinade from lemon juice, zest grated.
Add the soy sauce. I use light soy sauce TM Cccamp.
Add the grated ginger and garlic.
Pour the fish received by the marinade and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes.
Flour mixed with salt. Eggs lightly beat with a fork.
Coat each piece of fish in flour.
Then in the egg. Well-drained eggs.
Again, dip them in flour, then in egg and again in flour. Total received 3 times meal and 2 times in the egg. Put in a pan with hot oil and fry on medium heat for 7 minutes on each side.
