Chicken cut into small pieces.
Fry with oil until Golden brown.
Onion cut into half rings.
Add to the chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
Cabbage cut at random
Add to the pan, a little salt.
As soon as the cabbage will give the juice, add chopped garlic and ginger, Bay leaf, sugar, vinegar.
Add the soy sauce. I use naturally brewed soy sauce TM Cccamp.
Simmer a couple of minutes. Then add rice.
Stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour in the stock, cover and simmer until the rice is tender about 15-20 minutes (depends on rice).
Add the chopped herbs and mix well.
