- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1.5 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2.5 tablespoon
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Water - 100 ml

Chicken liver wash, dry.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil and fry it until the color changes.
