- Sauerkraut - 1 ban.
- Carrots - 1 piece

- Red onion - 1 piece
- Corn - 0,5 ban.
- Dill - 30 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp

Boil one carrot and three medium sized potato. Cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Sauerkraut if it is shredded into long strings, you need to chop with a knife into smaller segments, so that in the finished salad it was convenient to take a fork.
Chop the fennel greens and measure out the corn. Do not spare the greens, in this salad, it plays an important role.
The red onions to chop thin rings, slightly prisolit and drizzle with lemon juice.
Add up all the components of the salad in a container. Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil.
Mix well. Taste and if needed add salt or sugar.
