Delicious and hearty pizza with tender dough and a savory filling.
Ingredients for Pizza pie "Maxi-volume"
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Margarine - 50 g
- Salt - 4 depot.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Cucumber - 3-4 PCs
- Tomato - 4 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Pizza pie "Maxi-volume"
Dough: in a saucepan, heated the milk to a state pair bred yeast, add the egg, salt, sugar, margarine and flour (the batter should be not thick hands and not going with the spoon not falling).
Put the dough in a warm place to rise.
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling.
For the filling, all cut (whichever you prefer).
Once the dough has risen twice, pour it on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet and even out again, greased hands to make a smooth layer.
Lay sliced rings of sausage, onions, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes (without skin), sprinkle with herbs (I was not), pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20 -30 minutes.
