Apple pie is never too much! I want to offer one with almond flakes. The recipe was printed in one of issues of the journal "Lisa" of yesteryear.

Butter cut into pieces
Beat butter with sugar.
While continuing to whisk, to enter the eggs one by one
Add the cheese, sifted with the baking powder and flour pudding. Mix well.
Apples wash, dry. Peel and seeds, cut small cubes.
Stir the apples into the dough. To shift the dough in the prepared form.
Flour mix with almond flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add the butter and grind into crumbs. Sprinkle a lot baking pan
Put in the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C.
Ready pie to cool.
