White beans with corn
In Turkish cuisine there is a dish called Kabuklu black (beans in green peel). It is a way for winter harvesting, when the grains of beans are dried in the sun, not scraping the skin. In this case the nutrients are taken up into the grain, and it becomes a special taste. Use it of course without a peel, but I do not aim to reproduce this recipe, but just took a regular white beans and cooked it there. This made some improvisations. Completely reproduce the drying process I will try in the hot summer month.
