Girls, I have a gift for 8 March. A few years ago, these Apple rose literally blew up the Internet. Preparing it is easy, it turns out beautiful! The site has several similar recipes, but this is not. Read and find out.

A range of ingredients for the pie (cake) is very simple.
Mix a few seconds flour, icing sugar and salt I mixed in a blender with flat blades (in pulse mode, a few seconds). At this stage not necessary to achieve uniformity.
Add the butter from the fridge, cut into small pieces. Stir in the pulse mode for a few seconds.
Add the yolk and mix again for a few seconds in pulse mode.
Add to the dough 1 tbsp. ice water and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
Stir with a blender for a few seconds.
I pour plain water into a glass and add a few pieces of ice here and ready to very cold water!
Put the dough on the table and quickly gather it into a ball, do not try to knead.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for the delay, at least half an hour.
The apples are cooked very quickly.
Now you need to drain and clean the remnants of berries.

Take the finished puff pastry, defrosted of course, and cut into strips with a length of 25 cm and a width of about 2-2,5 see in This strip need to slightly roll it out, and get approximately 4 cm in width. A strip of greater width is not very convenient.

The thinner will be the layer of dough and the thickness of the Apple slices, the faster the roses will be ready.
Now place the 7-8 of Apple slices slightly overlapping to the middle of the strip width and fold the strip along. Twist the rose is not exactly easy, because our preparations for roses is quite slippery, but not in a hurry and you will succeed.

Note that the Apple slices have just been to the compote and, therefore, saturated with moisture, so the puff pastry is quite wet at first and needs time so it is cooked. More than a thin layer of rolled out dough, so the process will be faster.
When roses are ready, remove the pan from the oven, carefully take out our roses (very handy with a spoon) and allow to cool on a wire rack (enough 5 minutes).
The total baking time of 35-45 minutes, watch your oven.
Here we are at a fork: you can stop at this step, nicely put puff on a dish, generously sprinkle with powdered sugar, and everyone will be happy.
When you pulled the dough from the refrigerator, it is likely to look like a brick. Do not panic. Take two sheets of baking paper, put the dough between them and without much ADO, we roll out into a circle about 30cm in diameter: form I have 24 cm, plus you need the dough to the sides, that turned 30.
Prick the dough with a fork, put together with paper in the form, to fill the cargo until the dough is smooth (I have buckwheat) and place in the oven with the temperature 180 degrees. After 15 minutes, remove the load and dopekat for another 10 minutes.
