Fans of simple meals will certainly appreciate this hearty bean casserole.

Beans to prepare in advance according to the instructions on the package. The cooking time excluding time for soaking and cooking. I used the beans, Blanche from the Mistral.
Grate cheese on a small grater, to set some aside for sprinkling the remaining cheese divided into 2 parts. Crab sticks and greens cut.
Cooked beans to mash or grind in a blender (preferably to achieve the consistency of mashed potatoes), add a piece of cheese, herbs, salt and paprika to taste, stir. Divide the mixture in half. The second part of the cheese mixed with chopped crab sticks.
Form grease with oil. Pita bread cut-to-size shapes (we will need 4 sheets). Stacked layers: pita bread, bean mixture.

Beat eggs with milk, pour the mixture in the casserole, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. in about 30 minutes.
