The products that we need. In this recipe, I used cane sugar Demerara from Mistral to give the caramel notes of the dessert.
Pears and apples cut in half, remove core, cut into slices not thicker than 1 cm. Form for baking grease with butter, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Pears and apples alternating put into a form, put thin slices of butter and sprinkle 2 tbsp of sugar.
Form to cover with parchment. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 deg for about 30 minutes until soft fruits.
Dessert let cool slightly, sprinkle with roasted nuts.
