I suggest you make a tender, crumbly cake, with a pronounced nutty flavor. This cupcake is my virtual gift to Svatula (Svetttttt) for the spring holiday on March 8.

Beat butter with sugar until fluffy state.
In a separate container mix the sifted with the baking powder and the starch in the flour, cocoa and allspice.
Continuing to whisk oil, one to enter eggs, each time adding 1 tbsp of flour mixture.
Add remaining flour mixture, ground hazelnuts and coffee. Mix well.
The finished cake to rest in the form of 10 minutes, then put on the grill and fully cool.
Optional to sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
