- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Cheese - 350 g
- Potato starch - 3 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Chops from Turkey fillet with cheese
Turkey fillet cut lengthwise into several parts. I have one breast very large turkeys turned 6 fillet pieces. Each subtly discourage (thickness approx. 5mm). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grate cheese on a grater.
