Easy diet soup, I hope, will be relevant in the female half of the site in anticipation of spring. Low-calorie, vitamin and very easy to prepare!
Ingredients for Cold oatmeal soup with vegetables
- Yogurt - 250 ml
- Oat flakes - 3 tbsp.
- Broccoli - 40 g
- Green peas - 40 g
- Dill - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Cold oatmeal soup with vegetables
In natural yogurt, add oat flakes and mix. I have oat flakes extra TM "Mistral".
Leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours to flakes swelled (at night).
Broccoli and peas (I had frozen) cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain in a sieve and drench with ice water, allow to drain water
To swollen oatmeal, add broccoli and peas, you can add the dill (or any other greens)
Grind in a blender into a puree, add salt to taste.
The soup looks very light, perfect for low calorie lunch or dinner.
