In natural yogurt, add oat flakes and mix. I have oat flakes extra TM "Mistral".
Leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours to flakes swelled (at night).
Broccoli and peas (I had frozen) cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain in a sieve and drench with ice water, allow to drain water
To swollen oatmeal, add broccoli and peas, you can add the dill (or any other greens)
Grind in a blender into a puree, add salt to taste.
The soup looks very light, perfect for low calorie lunch or dinner.
