Ingredients for Meatballs with ricotta
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Ricotta - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes in own juice - 250 g
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Cheese - 50 g
- Spices - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Meatballs with ricotta
The ricotta and egg mix with a whisk
Add the beef, salt, black pepper, oregano, bread
crackers. Mix well. Garlic squeeze through chesnokodavku. Add to the mince. Mix well.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry in sunflower oil.
Add tomatoes, Bay leaf, spices and wine. Salt.
Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes under the lid.
From stuffing to form the meatballs
Fry the meatballs in a hot pan on all sides.
Put meatballs in a baking dish.
Pour over the sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 for 25 minutes.
