Excellent vegetable pie with thin dough and plenty of toppings. A kind of mushroom pizza. The dough is prepared in advance, during the day, and baked a pie very quickly.

- Flour - 400 g
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.

- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.

- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Outdoor vegetable pie with mushrooms
So, prepare the dough. Mix the flour with yeast, salt and sugar. Pour 240 ml. of warm water and vegetable oil, quickly stir the mixture but do not knead. Importantly, in order to have no dry flour.
Grease the working surface and hands. Turn the dough out and form hands a rectangle of about 20x30 cm. Take the middle edge of the rectangle, pull the dough into itself and place an elongated part on top of the one that is on the table.
Then slightly pull the top edge of the rectangle and place stretched dough on previously folded.
Then pull and fold one by one side of the rectangle.
Folded the dough left on the table " relax " 10-15 minutes. Repeat the process of folding and " rest " three times. Each time the dough becomes more smooth and elastic. After all the manipulations, remove the dough in the oiled package and put in the fridge for a day.
Neposredstvenno before cooking take the dough out of the fridge. Here it is obtained. Divide the dough into two equal parts, form balls, cover with a towel and give a time for one hour.
Now the stuffing. Onion and garlic finely chop, mushrooms cut into slices. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for five minutes. Add the garlic, mushrooms and cook over high heat, stirring, until evaporated liquid. Add paprika, salt and pepper, remove from heat. All the stuffing is ready, let cool down.
The oven and two baking trays preheat to 220 degrees. Grease hands and work surface with oil. Each part of the test form a pellet with a thin middle and a small rim around the edges. Pellet diameter is approximately 20 cm.
Take out of the oven the hot baking tray, grease it with vegetable oil, transfer carefully to a cake and spread on it half of the filling. They do the same with the remaining batter, spread on a second baking sheet cake and toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes.
