When these buns are baked in the oven - on the house spreads a warm and rich aroma of gingerbread! They come out very tasty! Great for the morning coffee. And, in the afternoon with a glass of milk, these muffins are very good.

Step 1

Yeast dissolve in warm water


Step 2

In a bowl sift the flour, add oat bran and buckwheat flakes of TM "Mistral", salt and sugar


Step 3

Add to the dough spices, mix all dry ingredients


Step 4

Here pour in the dissolved yeast, add the egg and oil


Step 5

Knead the dough, try not to overload it with flour so that it is soft. The flour will take a little more or a little less than a specified number.

Cover the dough with film and leave for 1-2 hours to rise. Once the dough has risen, ebonite it right in the bowl, coat your hands with oil and leave it to rise again


Step 6

On an oiled table ebonite the dough and roll it to a thickness of about 0.5 cm

Brush with oil, sprinkle with sugar and spices

Roll roll and cut into pieces. I got 12 rolls


Step 9

For baking I used muffin tins. Place rolls, pre-greased moulds with the oil.
Leave the rolls to rise for 45-60 minutes


Step 10

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. I baked for about 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Optional - sprinkle with powdered sugar
