Delicious, juicy Italian meatballs with white wine, Parmesan and sauce.

In a bowl put minced, softened in water or milk toast, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped garlic, mix thoroughly.
Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix into a homogeneous mass.
Roll round balls, dip them in flour and put in heated ol. oil the pan.
Fry on all sides for approx. 15 min.
Add the wine and simmer for another 10 min. On request it is possible to shift the cutlets to the pan and add water to get more quantity of sauce. The sauce in this case, you can thicken with tablespoon of flour. Before serving, the sauce is better strain through a fine sieve. It will look homogeneous, with no lumps.
