Very easy and tasty omelet, juicy and unusual. Scrambled eggs on a bed of brioche.

From slices of brioche cut out the circles so that they were on the ring size, it will be a pillow for the omelet
Finely chop leek, Bulgarian pepper
In the eggs add the chopped vegetables, spinach can be fresh or frozen, whisk until fluffy foam
Grease the form and the oil ring, put the ring in muffin form
Fill with a mixture of the ring and send in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 min.
Remove from oven, sprinkle top of omelette, grated cheese
Put into the oven for another 10 minutes, take out, release from the ring on top of another, sprinkle some cheese and serve.
