In a saucepan pour the brown sugar Demerara TM "Mistral" and put it on the fire. When the sugar begins to melt around the edges, pour soy sauce, add oyster sauce and rice vinegar. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then pour vodka to give to writing a rolling boil. Tighten the sauce diluted in 50 ml of water with starch, sprinkle with spices – I have a Chinese 5 spices – mix well and remove from heat.
