Ingredients for Cinnabon with peanuts and caramel sauce
- Milk - 240 ml
- Yeast - 10 g
- Flour - 700 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Butter - 75 g
- Sugar - 130 g
- Salt - 5 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tsp.
- Brown sugar - 200 g
- Cinnamon - 30 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Orange zest - 1 tbsp
- Peanuts - 45 g
- Starch - 25 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 90 g
- Powdered sugar - 150 g
- Orange juice - 1 tbsp
- Cream - 120 ml
- Brown sugar - 100 g
- Butter - 25 g
- Peanuts - 80 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cinnabon with peanuts and caramel sauce
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and leave for a few minutes (the surface will appear bubbles). Combine the flour with the sugar and salt, add eggs and softened butter, using a nozzle "hook" the mixer knead the dough. Add the yeast and knead the dough for 5-20 minutes (the dough should fall from the walls of the bowl). I the whole process of mixing the dough is allowed to make bread. Our dough is put into a clean bowl, oiled with sunflower oil. Cover with a towel and put into a warm place to rise.
Make filling: combine the cinnamon with the brown sugar, cornstarch, crushed peanuts and orange zest.
When the dough has doubled in size (1-2 hours), we get it and emminem. Roll out into a rectangle measuring 45*25 cm on a floured surface. Grease with the softened butter along a long strip leaving a 2.5 cm edge not covered with oil. Sprinkle on top of filling, lightly pressing.
Roll the dough into a roll, moving towards the uncovered oil region. With a knife cut into equal portions (about 3.5 cm). Our "snail" put in greased with butter form. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake for 17-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Softened butter RUB with powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add orange juice and stir. Allow to cool our buns for 10 minutes and cover them with frosting. Extracted from the mold and sprinkle with peanuts.
In a saucepan mix brown sugar with cream and butter. Stirring, bring to a boil and cook 5-7 minutes until caramel color. At the end add salt.
