Corn-honey bread

The crumb is porous and crumbly, the crust is crispy and Golden, and the taste is very similar to bread baking. Based on the recipe from the wonderful book the Practical encyclopedia "Home bread", which I got as a gift for March 8 from my friend Olga lelikloves. Help yourself, it's delicious!

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Corn-honey bread


Step 1

Sift both kinds of flour with salt. Warm the serum to dissolve the yeast, add the vegetable oil and honey. Serum pour the flour and knead the dough. The dough was soft, not tight.


Step 2

Put the dough in a bowl, greased with vegetable oil, tighten with cling film and leave in a warm place for 55-60 minutes.


Step 3

The dough after an hour.


Step 4

Coming up the dough on the work surface, lightly greased with vegetable oil, press down to form a bun. Put the shaped loaves in the baking dish. (I have a split form with a diameter of 20 cm) Form of grease previously vegetable oil. Cover with linen towel and put the form of bread in a warm place for 30-35 minutes. If desired, use a sharp knife to bread a few notches.


Step 5

In half an hour.
Bake bread in preheated to 180* oven for 35-40 minutes. (focus on your oven)


Step 6

Ready bread remove from the oven and allow to cool 5-10 minutes in pan.


Step 7

Remove the bread from the mold and cool completely on wire rack.
