Change of linen filled with water for 10 minutes to swell.
Beets pre-boiled cut into slices
And grind to puree.
Grind buckwheat into flour. I used millet TM "Mistral".
Combine the buckwheat flour, beet puree, soaked flax seeds, honey, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, chocolate chips and zest of lemon and orange. All mix well.
Spread in a baking dish with parchment paper evenly. And bake in a preheated 180C (375F) oven for 30-40 minutes.
The finished brownies should be slightly moist inside. Allow to cool, cut into portions and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
