A very simple recipe fresh salad with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables and couscous. Not only fast, but also useful! Quick and tasty! Bon appetit!

Boil the couscous in salted water, 6 minutes.
Combine olive oil, paprika, squeezed lemon juice, half a clove of minced garlic. RUB this mixture into chicken thighs. Coat a baking sheet with olive oil, put the chicken and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes and grill until crisp.
Grate half of the cucumber on a grater and mix with sour cream/Greek yogurt. Add the chopped half of the garlic. Add water and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
Chop the lettuce, tomato, cucumber. Squeeze a half of lemon. Add salt and pepper and mix the whole salad.
Put half of the salad on a large plate, add the couscous, pour over sauce and spread on top of sliced ready chicken.
