Useful shortcake of products typical of Russian cuisine. Used buckwheat flour, cranberries, sour cream, honey. Liked the fact that when baking it holds the shape and spreading on the baking sheet. Equally delicious with tea and coffee. The cookies I found one drawback - quickly disappears from the table!
