This recipe is very delicious and very chocolate brownie) just use a very dark quality chocolate and good dark cocoa powder.

Step 1

Separate the whites of 2 eggs from the yolks.

Step 2

Whisk whites with 50 grams sugar to very dense condition. I have not whipped whites until very fluffy foam. But it did not spoil the recipe. Better of course to try and beat until very fluffy foam.

Step 3

In a water bath or in the microwave you need to melt the chocolate.

Step 4

When it is almost melted add 50 g butter, melt through and allow to cool slightly.

Step 5

Mix the remaining oil with the sugar until creamy. In the resulting mass enter one of the remaining eggs and yolks. Whisk until air condition.

Step 6

Add to the mix the chocolate, nuts, flour, cocoa, baking powder and quickly stir.

Step 7

Carefully enter proteins.

Step 8

A mix for the brownie layer in a form of medium size, covered with baking paper, smooth the surface.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. Remove and leave in tin to cool.
