Separate the yolks from the whites. Proteins put into the refrigerator. Combine yolks with half of the milk and flour and mix well.
The second half of the milk pour into a saucepan, add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring to boil on a slow fire.
I used sugar TM "Mistral".
Boiling milk remove from heat and add a thin stream of yolk-milk mixture. Back on a slow fire and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. About 2-3 minutes. Then remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Bananas peel and mash with a fork to a pulp.
Mix the banana puree with butter and the cooled mixture.
Proteins very well beat until stable peaks.
Carefully enter the proteins in the banana mixture.
Spread in a refractory form, filling about 2/3 as a soufflé during cooking to..
Immediately put in a preheated up to 220S (425F) oven for 30 minutes. The oven during cooking, do NOT open, otherwise the soufflé asedit.
Ready souffle sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately to the table.
