- Lamb - 1 kg
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Fat - 100 g
- The broth - 300 g
- Greens - 100 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Ushenina with mushrooms
Meat slice, salt and pepper.
Mushrooms boil, chop. The onion and crush the garlic.
The meat is fried in lard or vegetable oil.
In vegetable oil fry the onion until Golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and all together fry.
