Step 1

Everything is just outrageously!
Peel the potatoes, chop and boil until tender in salted water.
With potatoes drain the water, mash it, pour in the warm milk, stir.
Add the mascarpone and grated Parmesan.


Step 2

Then add in the mashed potatoes truffle oil and again mix well.
If you do not have oil - place without it, mashed potatoes will still be delicious.
