- Potatoes - 500 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Cheese - 50 g
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato patties with cheese
Peel the potatoes, boil until tender.
Mash into a puree, pepper and salt.
Add the egg, flour, butter, cheese, chopped greens and cheese, grated on a fine grater.
Spread the potato mixture on the floured surface and knead to a thickness of about 0.8 cm
A small glass to cut out circles, breaded in flour.
Fry in hot oil a couple minutes on each side.
