Protein bar with cherries and almonds
Oh, the diet... anything you can imagine just so sweet, not rich in calories, and preferably satisfying ;) Today I generously share with you personal development in the field of dietetics))) I found a replacement for the harmful chocolates — natural protein bars. They are sweet without sugar, so a hearty thanks to the high protein content, which fully replace a meal! Permanently energized, and just a wonderful go to snack with a Cup of tea or coffee. Safe and useful for children. The calorie content in 100 grams — 298 kcal (compare with chocolate). A balanced composition in the PFC — 22/10/28 (again, compare with the chocolate).
